This filter drawer allows quick and easy manual filter changes in seconds. With the 2″ Filter Holder, this quick release filter drawer is especially useful for astrophotographers who want to change filters (eg. Broadband & Narrowband) during sessions but do not want a large and sometimes heavy filterwheel.
Special features:
- The optical length is only 21mm. For ZWO cameras, the drawer can simply be used instead of the T2 extension.
- The filter holder snaps into place magnetically, which guarantees precise positioning of the filter.
- Thanks to the open design of the drawer, the filter can be easily inserted or removed.
- The drawer is round and very compact, so it can also be used before the optics, e.g with Hyperstar systems or the Celestron RASA.
- A filter holder for 2″ filters is included.
- The use of 1.25″ filters is also possible with an optional reduction adapter.
