Ilford HP5 Plus 400 – 120 Black & White Film

Ilford HP5 Plus 400 – Legendary Black & White Film for Medium Format

Ilford HP5 Plus 400 is one of the most iconic black & white films ever produced. Known for its wide exposure latitude, classic grain structure, and beautiful tonal range, this film is a favorite among photographers shooting documentary, street, portrait, and fine art photography.

With an ISO 400 sensitivity, HP5 Plus performs exceptionally well in a variety of lighting conditions. It can also be pushed to ISO 800, 1600, or even 3200, making it extremely versatile for low-light environments and creative experimentation.

In 120 medium format, the larger negative produces incredible detail, rich textures, and smooth tonal transitions — ideal for high-quality prints and high-resolution scans.
