This 15mm extension tube is simply screwed into the M48 thread of either a 2″ eyepiece or 2″ adapter and it provides an additional 15mm optical length to your image train.
This is very helpful if your focuser doesn’t have enough back focus to achieve focus in your eyepiece or camera.
Spec:
- Material: Barrel made of black anodized metal
- Thread: Double sided 2″ filter thread (M48 x 0.75) – female/male
- Optical path length: 15mm excl. male thread
