The follow focus gear ring for the Canon EF 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro fits this budget macro. It focuses down to 23 cm for 1:2 magnification, and 1:1 with the Life-Size Converter. Autofocus is slow and noisy, which makes manual focusing with a gear and follow focus especially worthwhile.
FAQ
Does it work with the Life-Size Converter?
The ring sits on the lens itself and stays there when the converter is attached.
