These 100° eyepieces from Explore Scientific offer a truly unique combination of excellent contrast and edge sharpness, even with fast optics and a huge field of view. In fact with such a wide field of view, you can sometimes forget that you are looking through a telescope as you gaze over the enormous, seemingly unlimited expanse of space.
Due to the perfect combination of a wide variety of modern glass materials, these eyepieces from Explore Scientific achieve excellent image quality and sharpness right up to the edge of the image field. The patented „EMD“ coating in addition to the internal coatings ensure the highest contrast and avoids internal reflections.
The Argon filling effectively prevents fogging from the inside, and as they are completely sealed, they are well protected internally from dust, glass fungus or the ingress of cleaning liquid. This guarantees that they will enjoy these high-quality eyepieces for many years and countless observations.
