TS-Optics full Autoguiding Set for Astrophotography:
This complete set is everything you need to get setup for Autoguiding and long exposure deep space astrophotography. It consists of a compact 50mm Guide tube (Ideal for Autoguiding using imaging scopes up to 1000mm F/L or 8″ Aperture) and a powerful autoguiding camera, for long exposures with your telescope.

This complete solution is easy to install and enables active tracking control, also known as autoguiding.

A viewfinder shoe is also included, so you can mount the Guidescope on tube clamps or in a separate place of your telescope. The software for the ASI120 Mini guide camera is suitable for a number of different Autoguiding software packages including PHD Guiding, Guidedog, Metaguide, Guidemaster (Freeware) or AstroArt, MaxIm DL (chargeable).

Step-by-Step Setup:

1. Attach the Guidescope & Camera to the main OTA
2. Use the ST-4 autoguider socket of your mount to connect the guide camera and your mount (Your mount needs to be ST4 compatible)
3. Connect the tracking camera to your Windows computer and connect to your guiding software of choice.
4. Focus the guide camera with the focuser – and you’re ready to start astrophotography. Note: this is a brief overview and exact steps will vary depending on what Guiding software you decide to use.
