TS Optics Star Diagonal Mirror – 2″

Diagonals provide a user-friendly observing position, particularly for refractors and Cassegrain telescopes. The 2″ zenith mirror from TS Optics is coated with the same aluminum layers that you would find in high-quality telescope mirrors which achieves a maximum reflectivity of 99%, and like a telescope mirror, the coating is protected from aging by a quartz layer.

• 2″ socket without locking groove – to prevent tilting.
• 2″ and 1.25″ accessories are gently and precisely secured using ring clamps.
• Screw-in thread for 2″ filters on the 2″ socket and on the insert for 1.25″ accessories
• Maximum illumination – even 2″ wide-angled eyepieces can be fully utilized.
• High-quality mirror with a precise surface and 99% reflectivity – when observing, no difference in brightness and sharpness will be noticeable compared to straight-eye observation.
